This is it, FOLKS! This is the first episode --Season 1, Episode 1. I am delighted that you have taken your time to listen to the podcast. I chose this month to release the podcast because this was the date I became a mother for the first time. My work & life is dedicated to my children, as they mean the world to me.


This podcast will be divided into series, and


the first episode would be just me, and then in subsequent episodes, I will bring in amazing guests.


In this episode, I will be talking about holistic health and the wellness wheel. It is a brief overview because we will be going too far more details in subsequent episodes.


Please note that in this podcast, I am frank. There are no sugar-coated topics. I will dare to broach the issues that might seem like the proverbial "elep


hant in the room". Over time, you will get to know my passion for mental health and wellness. You will also understand why mental health and wellness is a subject that needs to be talked about.


As far as scheduling, with the exception of the first few episodes, podcasts will be released weekly, bright and early in the morning, just in time for your morning commute to work.
