In this podcast, I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Robyn Tiger.

About Our Guest:

In this episode, Dr. Tiger will share her burnout journey & how she managed to saved herself from burnout. Dr. Tiger is a highly successful professional who, like many others, found herself struggling with the overwhelming demands of her work and personal life.

Robyn Tiger, MD is on a mission to empower physicians with self-care tools backed by science and research. With physician burnout on the rise, she knows firsthand what it’s like to love your job while also coping with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, imbalance and even illness.

She uniquely combines her 15 years in diagnostic radiology with certifications in yoga therapy, meditation and life coaching in her innovative CME accredited courses, private coaching, and podcast that focus on complete physical, mental, and emotional well-being and resilience. As lead faculty and subject matter expert in stress management for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, she is currently developing the new physician board review content for emotional & mental well-being.

She is deeply passionate about helping her colleagues relieve stress, elevate calm and live their best lives!

Takeaways:

You'll learn techniques how you can control your feeling in any given moment. I can teach one or more quick experiential physiology reset tools to balance the ANS (decrease the stress response and increase the relaxation response) to feel calm, balanced & focused :)
