About our Guest

In 2018 I divorced my career and proposed to my Life. Life said "yes" on the condition that I love living with my whole heart.

I committed to experiencing life as a sacred adventure and what I found out early on was astonishing: there was nothing wrong with me after all!

I simply unconsciously adapted to the stuff that was happening to me and around me as I was growing up and becoming an adult. And that's what all living beings do - we adapt to our unique circumstances.

Life helped me find the most loving ways to unlearn the adaptations that kept me in suboptimal functioning while simultaneously making conscious choices to improve my Self Worth.

Now I teach the skills and mindsets that were transformational for me so that Life will say "yes" to you, too.

The career I divorced was Social Work, a well-meaning yet ultimately flawed profession.

My career started at the mature age of 37. I got a degree and became registered as a professional.

In my job, I tried to help children and families who were experiencing addiction, neglect, abuse, oppression, racism, and domestic violence. In my job, I abided by the ethics and policies of my profession. I worked for over a decade in this profession until I realized it was killing me. And then I had to adapt in a new way or meet Death sooner rather than later.

Yada Yada Yada, now here I am to share my experience, strength, and hope with you.

My Career taught me this: hurt people hurt people and most of us don’t know we’re hurt.

Life taught me this: hurt people heal in relationships with other people who understand the hurt from experience.

Having experienced a portion of hurt in my own life, I am able to help others heal from their unique circumstances, with empathy and transparency.

Key Takeaways.

  • I validate the experience of healing from CPTSD and severe depression using EFT and other alternative healing modalities including plant medicine.

  • I can quickly and succinctly explain the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics as developed by Dr. Bruce Perry as the basis of my healing adventure and how I use it every day of my life and teach it to my clients.
