Key Takeaways
They will learn what internal family systems (IFS) are and how they could help them in many areas of their life.
They will get some new tools and skills to help them apply them to their own life to help access greater health and well-being.
IFS gives people a way to go into their internal system in their mind/body, and instead of pushing parts of them away from that they don't like or feel like they are in the way, they learn to be curious with these parts so they can be healed and transformed. In doing this, they access more compassion and alignment in their internal system, which also helps with their external environment. IFS is an empirically validated therapy.
